Operational Context
Following a period of under-investment, the client took over a hotel where systems were fragmented, unlabelled, and lacked basic cyber security awareness. The resulting infrastructure chaos caused staff confusion and negatively impacted the visitor experience, with critical systems failing to operate as expected.
The project required a complete revision and documentation of the solution, followed by a phased delivery over seven weeks within a live hotel environment. The scope included modernising all data and network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, payment systems, CCTV, access control, voice, alarms, and fire systems, alongside redundancy planning and disaster recovery.
