Emergency AV Deployment & Broadcast Integration
Live Corporate Event Environment | June 2026
Agile execution in live operational environments.
Delivered a complete permanent and temporary AV broadcast solution for a critical townhall event within a 48-hour window, integrating new infrastructure and hire equipment across four zones with zero operational disruption.
Operational Context
A client required urgent support for a scheduled townhall event with only 48 hours' notice. The scope involved a complex dual-delivery: installing permanent AV infrastructure (65" display, soundbar, cabling) in a new production area while simultaneously deploying a full temporary hire solution (camera, mixer, PA, microphones) in the central factory floor.
The challenge was to coordinate the procurement, installation, and commissioning of both permanent and hire assets, integrate them into an existing 4-way distribution system, and validate three existing AV zones—all within a tight two-day window. The project required precise logistics to ensure the broadcast reached four screens simultaneously without disrupting ongoing business operations.
|
Engineering Scope |
| Urgent procurement and installation of a 65" TV and soundbar in the production area |
| Running and terminating dedicated Cat6a cabling for HDMI extension to the boardroom |
|
Sourcing, delivery, and onsite setup of a complete hire kit (camera, mixer, mics, PA speakers) |
| Integration of camera video and mixer audio inputs into the central broadcast feed |
|
Onsite operational support and troubleshooting throughout the live event |
|
Risk & Impact Management |
|
Successfully delivered a functional broadcast solution within a highly aggressive 48-hour timeframe |
| Achieved zero downtime or technical failure during the live townhall event |
|
Managed complex logistics of permanent installation and hire equipment deployment in parallel |
|
Mitigated power supply risks by escalating issues to client maintenance while ensuring operational continuity |
| Validated signal quality and audio/video synchronization across all four distribution zones |
Delivery Model
Delivered under a single accountable engineering team that mobilized OPS, EPS, and APS resources within hours of the request. By consolidating permanent installation, hire logistics, and live support under one contract, the team eliminated the fragmentation typical of multi-vendor emergency responses, ensuring a seamless, risk-managed delivery that met the client's critical deadline.

Delivery Phases
As an end-to-end, full-cycle provider, our pricing is based on defined delivery phases, rather than individual labour tasks.
Each phase represents a bundled set of professional activities, expertise, risk ownership, and accountability required to deliver a defined outcome
Clients may engage us for any combination of these phases depending on the scope of the task or project.
Pricing Model
Our pricing model is outcome-based and phase-driven. Clients select the delivery phases they require, and pricing is applied accordingly using our methodology matrix, rather than time-and-materials.
This model enables:
An additional benefit is that this approach enables clear, high-level vendor comparison across enterprise technology engagements.
Delivery Model
Delivered across defined consultation, integration design, installation, validation, and handover phases, under a single accountable engineering team.
